Knowlark is run by John Andrew Owen, in Australia. Contact info@knowlark.com. In these terms, "we" means John Andrew Owen, and "you" means the person who uses Knowlark. If you use Knowlark, you accept these terms.

The service

Knowlark is an MCP server for study. You connect your own AI client, your AI saves study material to Knowlark, and Knowlark chooses which concept to ask you about and when. Your AI writes the questions. Knowlark does not.

Price and payment

You can answer 10 questions each day for free. For unlimited questions, Knowlark costs 19 US dollars per month. A subscription renews each month until you cancel it.

You can cancel at any time, and you keep access until the end of the paid month. We do not refund part of a month, except where the law requires it. If we change the price, we tell you by email at least 30 days before the change.

Your account

You must be at least 16 years old, give a real email address that you control, and take responsibility for everything that happens in your account. You must not break the law, infringe the rights of another person, upload material that you have no right to upload, attack or overload the service, share your account, or resell the service. We can apply usage limits, and we can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

Your content

You own the study material that you put into Knowlark. You give us permission to store and process that content, for the only purpose of running Knowlark for you. You can delete it at any time.

No warranty

We supply Knowlark "as is". We do not promise that it is always available, that it makes you pass an exam, or that the material and questions written by your AI are accurate. Do not rely on Knowlark for medical, legal, or financial decisions.

Liability

Some consumer laws give you rights that no contract can remove. Nothing in these terms removes those rights. Where the law permits a limit, our total liability to you is limited to the amount that you paid us in the 12 months before the event. We are not liable for lost profit, lost data, or indirect loss.

Changes and governing law

We can update these terms, and we publish the new version on this page. If you keep using Knowlark after a change, you accept the new terms. The law of Australia governs these terms, and the courts of Australia have jurisdiction over any dispute.
